Haha. It was so insanely hot in Charlotte that day that everyone was all sticky and nasty after an hour or so. Then, later on, when it started raining, everyone's hair melted [including mine.] :]Warped '09 was amazing. It was crazy when Craig Mabbit made a surprise appearance with Attack Attack. xD

It was my first year going to Warped and it was fucking insanee.I loved every second of it!Jeffree Star had to be my fave though.And I got my friend to do the wall of death at Attack Attack, so that was great too.I'll definitely be there next year! www.myspace.com/ohbabyitsdamian

Warped really seemed more crowded to you this year? The distance from the main stage to the sound boards and tents surrounding had less room, also the Ernie Ball stage wasn't in the best area, but this had to be the least attended Charlotte date maybe ever. I've been going since 03 and even when traffic was backed up in bad areas it seemed easier to get through than any year before.

Wow, what happened to the space in Charlotte. this was the most cramped year ever for what oddly enough seemed like one of the better attended Warped dates at this longstanding venue. There was less than half of the space between the main stage and the sound board, and a popular sidestage was placed right in the main walkway to food concessions. To make matters worse attendance seemed up in this traditionally secondary market making the unnecessarily cramped conditions worse for the Charlotte fans. Also hundreds were disappointed by Flogging Molly not appearing even though they were listed as such as late as 5 a.m. the day of show. Flogging Molly fans holding Warped tickets for Charlotte had to discover the band was not playing (and had never intended to) by a sign at their full merch booth saying they were not appearing.

This was my first warped tour and I'd have to say it was pretty great. Yes it started pouring about halfway through, but everyone was dripping and didn't care by the end anyway. I had a lot of fun.
